For all our planning, installation, maintenance and repair services, we are at your side with expert advice and short response times.

We support you in the planning and scheduling of (new) installations, maintenance or repairs to our products. We also help with the planning of equipment and lifting gear on site and can arrange specialized services such as core hole drilling for subsequent installations. We offer detailed on-site instruction and are also available for queries after the initial instruction - worldwide and with short response times.

Our structured working methods and familiarity with our products guarantee efficient installation of our products in your system. Packaging material is disposed of professionally and the modern equipment, vehicles and tools ensure a smooth process. If required, our service technicians can accompany the initial commissioning in order to be directly available to answer any queries.
For self-installation, we provide illustrated installation instructions to make installation easier.

Regular maintenance contributes significantly to the longevity of our products. This includes checking the agitator blade, readjusting the scraper plate, changing the oil in the agitator tube and gearbox and replacing spare parts or components that show signs of wear. 
Thanks to the modular design, individual assemblies or components can be easily replaced during maintenance or repair work without the need for a complete replacement. SUMA components and spare parts are available for decades and can be delivered quickly worldwide. Many components can be ordered directly from our online store.
Our aim is not just to maintain your systems, but to make them sustainable and future-proof.

Our service team is available 24/7 - something our customers appreciate. We have many long-standing service technicians with a wealth of experience and expertise. This is very important on site, as every system has different conditions and requires an individual assessment.
