Application:The gas tight ceiling lead through was developed by SUMA with guaranteed serviceability and optimized for biogas tanks with concrete cover or big lagoons with a concrete bridge.
Adjustment:
The easy adjustment of the horizontal rotation direction is a unique advantage of the GDD.
Gas proof design:
The design of the rope lead through and the service box ensures nearly 100% gas proof operation.
Easy maintenance:
The service box of the GDD simplifies the maintenance of the propeller of the submerged mixer without having to shut down the plant. A special highlight is the optionally available access cover which closes automatically when hoisting the agitator for maintenance. This mechanism reduces the loss of gas while maintenance is in progress. The maintenance unit can be adapted according to the tank ceiling opening.
Long service life:
The GDD is manufactured completely in stainless 316 and is suitable for guide masts 4" x 4" (100 x 100 mm) and 6" x 6" (150 x 150 mm)
Monitoring:
A viewing glass and the height indicator, both standard features, simplify monitoring and adjustment of the submerged agitator.
