In addition to its existing product portfolio of submersible motor agitators, long axis agitators and central agitators, the company is now also offering paddle agitators. Customers can now purchase all types of agitators for biogas plants directly from SUMA. They receive a comprehensive mixing concept with perfectly matched mixing technology.
For this step, SUMA is entering into a cooperation with the German company Steverding Rührwerkstechnik, one of the leading manufacturers of paddle agitators. Its many years of experience are reflected in absolutely reliable and sophisticated products. In addition to a proprietary development by SUMA, other Steverding paddle agitators are also available – including SUMA plant design, expertise and service. No matter which technology is used, the customer now has a single point of contact for the agitation technology of their biogas plant. In many processes, the use of different agitator types makes a decisive difference to the agitation result. The combination of long-axis agitator, submersible mixer and paddle agitator guarantees optimal mixing of the substrate, even under the most difficult conditions.
The slow-running paddle agitators complement the long-axis and submersible mixers from SUMA to stir up floating and sinking layers in demanding processes. Highly viscous media can be optimally mixed.
The paddle agitators are suitable for fermenters, post-fermenters and digestate storage tanks with an installation height of up to 12.0 meters. The agitators can be used in a wide variety of container types and geometries made of steel or concrete. The agitators are available in horizontal and vertical versions. Robust 3-stage planetary gearboxes ensure a long service life and reliable operation.
The agitators can be further adapted to specific requirements using different paddle geometries, thus delivering the best agitation results.
Accessories such as film protection, permanent lubrication and much more complete the extensive range.
