In the course of repowering, existing systems are frequently tailored to different substrate compositions with high dry matter contents. As part of this process the Giantmix FR and Giantmix FT can be modified from 400 rpm to 275 rpm. This adjustment of the stirring technology considerably improves efficiency and flexibility. But, small tank openings do not allow larger propellers and takes a screwable propeller version.
When switching propellers, plant operators frequently face the problem that the larger blades do not fit through the existing container opening anymore.
