At SUMA, we know there are many important factors when choosing a mixer for your biogas and manure business. One major factor that differentiates us from our competitors is the thought we put into stirring performance, biogas yields and vibration reduction.
Strong vibrations coming from your mixer during operation contributes to the degradation of your mixer, yields, energy consumption and can lead to structural, material or component fractures. Because of this, SUMA Engineers have developed a technology that reduces vibration of an agitator by means of a scraper.
In biogas and manure production, the organic materials are never 100% homogeneous. Particles, lumps, and pieces have to be broken up by the propeller blades. During rotation, mixers will have trapped fibrous components that adhere to the blade edges. The trapped materials create an imbalance during the agitation, resulting in torque that produces vibrations.
SUMA's unique blade scraping design assists in the optimal performance of our purpose built mixers and propellers. You can be assured that foreign matter will not adhere to your SUMA propellers and torque induced vibrations can be eliminated.
